What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message. The form is processed by Formspree, a form-handling service, which forwards it to our email.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: the details you choose to share when you contact us. WhatsApp is operated by Meta.
- Website usage: Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, using cookies. We also count clicks on our phone, WhatsApp and email links and form submissions, to understand which pages are useful. We use this information in aggregate and not to identify individual visitors.
- Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes data such as IP addresses to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
- Calculators: figures you enter in our tax calculators are processed in your own browser and are not sent to us.
We do not sell personal data, and this website is not directed at children.
How we use it

Client information and confidentiality
Information you share after engaging the firm is also covered by the professional confidentiality obligations of Chartered Accountants under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and the ICAI Code of Ethics. The terms of each engagement are set out in the engagement letter.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you (Formspree, Google, Cloudflare and Meta for WhatsApp), and with government authorities or their portals where your engagement or the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then delete them. Client records are kept for the periods required by law and professional standards. Website usage data is kept for a limited period set in our Google Analytics settings.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website works without these cookies.
Your rights
Subject to the law, you can ask us to:
- give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop using it where you have withdrawn your consent;
- record a person you nominate to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send PAN, Aadhaar, bank details or tax documents through the website contact form; we will share a suitable channel for documents once you engage us.
